*1981. He studied Advertising with a specialization in Advertising Photography at Orange Factory (2004-2007) - taught by Professor Miroslav Vojtěchovský (1990-1999 Head of the Department of Photography at FAMU, 1999-2003 Professor at American University, Washington D.C.). From 2003, Aleš started photographing snowboarding for Czech and foreign magazines & media such as: Freemagazine, Freeride.cz, Board, Pleasuremag, Onboard, etc. After graduating in 2007, he began to focus more on commercial and advertising photography. Aleš cooperates with most of the leading domestic advertising and creative agencies and shoots campaigns for Škoda Auto, Pilsner Urquel, Heineken, Heureka, Česká Spořitelna, Komerční Banka, Sazka, Samsung and many others. In 2012, he was at the birth of Flux Films production - together with Adam Vopička, Pavel Brůček, Lukáš Chromek & others. His specification is photographing people and characters in studio conditions, lighting with photographic flashes or using film lighting on set. Loves vivid photos and natural daylight. The content of his work is for the most part cooperation with film crews in the course of larger shootings - during which pre-thought-out compositions are created in a fraction of the time. He is beloved by many productions and clients for his ability to improvise independently and very quickly. Aleš moves between Prague and Stříbrná Skalice, where he lives with wife and two children near the Sázava river. He loves jogging, sauna, Czech nature, freeriding in the Alps and is a huge fan of loud guitar playing.
